WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU
- Dress in warm, loose-fitting clothes. No matter what time of year it is, it's always cold on the ice. Our advice is to wear something like sweat pants, track pants or yoga pants. Please do not wear shorts, jeans, other tight fitting pants that restrict movement.
- Clean athletic shoes or sneakers. Keeping the ice clean and free of debris is essential in this sport. Sneakers or any athletic shoe with a rubber sole are best. No boots, shoes with heels or sandals will be allowed on the ice for your own safety.
- Stay warm. The arena is between 25-30 degrees F, so plan to layer up to stay warm if needed.
- Helmets are mandatory for all students. Any helmet e.g. ski, snowboard, hockey or bicycle helmet will need to worn at all times on the ice.
